Backyard Wildlife

Margot notice mother and baby in the backyard this morning when she went out to feed the birds.

There were a couple of fawns in the neighborhood last year but I never saw them nursing.

I think she heard the camera clicking.

They moved off very slowly. I'm guessing that is a survival technique.

It has been a very active couple of days at the bird feeders.

This a Brown Thrasher.

These are Indigo Buntings. They are all males.
